Ding - belated happy birthday from all of us! Couldn't post earlier; we were engulfed, eventually devoured by the hectic fiesta activities! Happy birthday daw guihapon tikang kay Rey Suyom & Nongski Agner of An Taclobanon Ass'n of So. California - they're all here now at calle Z, for the fiesta and medical mission which starts tomorrow. Thanks for the DWU link. Nice to hear that you've got your laptop wired. The web sure does lessen the loneliness. Without it, most of our overseas workers can easily give up on working away from home. I think you would have too, if not for the internet - right?
As for my connection - well, it's built in with my landline. The problem with my server is that they have all these promos for web access, they get a lot of subscribers na hindi naman kaya ng system nila.
Before lunch I posted a reply to your wedding photo and I had to refresh & refresh and my post got lost. I'll try again though, kaya lang it gets so irritating I have the urge to give the keyboard a spanking.

Missed you! You said you're back, which means you're done with the sewing, right? I can't wait to read those blogs that are already in the can. Sorry to hear of your Internet problem, which you've been having for the longest time already. In my case, I've just had a wireless connection in my apartment - my students who are also tenants in my building, helped me with this, so now I can access the Internet in my room anytime...and it's free!

hi auntie ding ding...it really has been a while...i told cathy that chris hasn't really updated us on the family. how is uncle collin? don't see him in the pics you send. i absolutely love all the pics although i don't know which kid is whose. i see cathy's girls..i have to say this...i remember only cathy! what a shame....you'll have to introduce me to my cousins! oh--thank you for remembering my birthday! i just now read it! we've been busy remodelling our whole kitchen! the whole house is still in disarray! can't cook (thank goodness!) we have no sink yet or countertops! dad and mom are living with ann in st. louis. you know mom has had multiple head surgeries and there has been brain damage. would you believe...dad is at her beck and call now. cognitively she is compromised but she can hold a conversation but has difficulty finding words. dad is coping with all his ailments. very stubborn. i will definitely keep this going....please take care and do keep in touch....my e-mail is rombrg93@sbcglobal.net...tina

The Vincent Van Gogh Slide show was terrific! Being 're-introduced' to the great painter's works is always an uplifting experience. Katrina's calendar for this year is one that displays 12 of Van Gogh's art, and it's something I have the mind to take with me home to the Phils. for framing. Sayang just to be discarded, mahal pa naman! Haha! Thanks again, Dingding!
